Since our products are customized and made to order, each item requires production time before it is shipped.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or according to the selected payment method.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and your location.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.

From time to time, Haddi Collection may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Haddi Collection is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political or transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery information

We appreciate your patience if such delays occur.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect,

  • The customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or

  • The package was refused without a valid reason,

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

We will work with the courier service to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Haddi Collection primarily ships within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations, shipping charges, customs duties, and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
